Do you charge any per transaction fees?

No, we only charge a monthly (or annual) fee. However, in order to process payments, you will need to use one of several payment gateways we support. These 3rd party payment gateways do charge per transaction fees.

How do limits work on Campaigns and Events

Each month, depending upon your plan's level, you "earn" a certain number of campaign gifts and/or event registrations. Unused gifts and registrations roll over each month. This allows you to have big campaigns or events in a given month without having to change your plan to a higher tier.

How do you secure your forms?

We take security very seriously. You can review information regarding specific security questions on our dedicated Security page.

What happens if I go over a limit?

If you are on a paid plan and go over a limit, we still capture all of your form entries. However, we will reach out to you and discuss potentially increasing your plan to a higher tier.
